Updating releases from server fails

Issue #4 resolved
Roman S repo owner created an issue

Due to some changes that made XML returned by 3dsdb server to become malformed - application fails to deserialize it.

    Deserialization of server release.xml is now replaced by regex-based parsing - should be more fail-proof.
