No Local Directory present under Splunk_TA_nix

As above. No local files under either Master or Development branches. I am told to expect many changes to this app contained under local.

My apology Steve, after checking with my development team we recently bundled all fixes into the default folder and we removed the local folder. Please use this TA as is instead of downloading off of Splunk Base since we have multiple fixes affects Splunk Enterprise Security.
