Snow Summon Bug

When the TARDIM is summoned using the key
on a grass block with snow layers all around it
the snow will be removed and the grass will have a glitched texture and look all white on the top
but not on a block with a snow layer or it will not place
this also happens when placing the TARDIM with snow layers around it
this is in the 1.17.1 version
but i think it effects other versions to
