Players without permissions have permissions

Going to format as so: Description; How to replicate; What happens; What should happen

• When you are in another player’s TARDIM and aren’t a companion, you can edit control’s commands
• Enter a TARDIM that you do not own or have companion to, shift right-click controls to open command GUI
• You are able to open the GUI and edit the commands; Note you may not be able to run said command but you still have access to change it.
• You should be given a warning that you do not have permissions
