Bug with the detonator

when i place the detonator everything is fine, but when i break it, it shows some weird white enchantment table letters, and now the worst thing: it doesn't work when i place the detonator and try to activate it using detonator remote it shows with red text: (Number of placed detonators) failed to activate

Are you placing the Detonator on an explosive? It won't work unless it is attached to an explosives block
