LOCK files from the current session are being mistaken as LOCK files from a different session.

    The LOCK file information was appended to include a date+time stamp, added at teh end of the information previously there, i.e., the user name. With this change, if the current session matches the user name and the date+time stamp, no conflict is identified. This change was committed on 6/29/2022.
