Fast travel crashes

Whenever i try to fast travel, the game crashes, I've tried Garbage and Cordon Mills, it will still crash. i will keep trying different areas.

i have also reinstalled to see if the problem will be fixed, but they still remain. i have already fast traveled to these places before on the same character at an earlier time, not sure why i crash now.

UPDATE:

OK. i cant fast travel anywhere without it crashing. i also cant walk to different levels either or it crashes, so i'm stuck at the level my character is in.

Please install update 8 preview, you can find it on the announcement board of the forum on moddb. I also recommend update 9 preview, but that's optional for now.

I assume it's fixed with update 8, otherwise please poke me on the forum and I'll reopen the ticket.
