Wall climbing doesn't work

Everything else with the plugin works fine besides not being able to re-color carpets, but for some reason none of my players can go up walls or get a speed boost or something when in their own ink.
Is there a specific command we're missing, or a permission?

It may not work if you have some anti-cheat plugins installed. Also, make sure that the player switches their hand to an EMPTY slot to apply the boosts.
