It's not working at all?

My initial thought is that this was an issue with ProtocolLib, but I made sure that I had the latest version, and it doesn't return any errors in the console. When I tried to install Splatoon and LibsDisguises, nothing happened. It's as if they don't exist according to the server, as they don't show up on my plugin list when I type /plugins; however, both of them are definitely in my server's plugins folder. ShortCommands seems to be installed and working correctly, but Splatoon and the disguise plugin don't seem to install when I put the jar files in the plugins folder.

Now, regarding console errors, it says "Failed to register hooks for LibsDisguises". I have never seen this error before and I'm not sure what it means.
