Create a new 'Returns' process. The scenario being a customer brings back an item, clicking 'return' would restore that product to stock and unlink it from the original customer. I do need to consider what this does for completed orders... should it remove the Orders?

reporter Emailed for clarification on the rules. Is this actually a refund, a new sales type would need creating and the sale would be the negative of the actual purchase. So if customer A bought a ring for £50 the refund would be a sale type of Refund and the cost -£50, the item could then be returned to stock.
