Could the new box sit next to 'customer' at the very bottom so we do remember to fill it in as well if needed when we are talking to a new person. As we need to know who has agreed to what we would also need a box like that under 'customer' in general. possibly somewhere next to the email address. Again, no need to print it, its more for our records. Thank you
