Add Receipt text field to Workshop Edit

This is a new field that should be printed on a receipt. It's a free text box and has no validation

Add fields for receipt description, receipt date (maybe re-use collection date? (defaulting to current date)) and cost

From Ready Box add a link to edit the Receipt fields From Order Details add 2 buttons

1. "Reprint" which simply reprints the receipt
2. "Edit and reprint" - launches the edit form to allow updating, but pre-filled with existing values.
