Order print should show ENQUIRY if "Status" value is the system value item

The printed page shows "ORDER" in all cases, but if the state (Location) of a WSI is set to a special value then it should show "ENQUIRY". This special value should be the "Default" value as this can be relied on to always exist and the text value can be changed to "enquiry"
