Allow updating customer link from Workshop edit page

could a customer name be editable at any point? (for instance when we forget to link an item to the customer it gets saved without the name and a name can't be connected to the item until entirely finished and processed)

Investigate how to pick a customer in the Workshop edit? Simply reuse the current ajax calls?
