Search drop downs should have an -- all -- as the first item

Especially when looking at Stock searching there's no means to search all if you've selected a category i.e. bangle

This is by design Could consider merging the filter with the search option, but that would involve reworking the PagedFilter logic as the page gets a list of paged objects so the single ddl would be duplicated for each item, which would be terrible.
