GLTF2 Blender Errors

GLTF v2 files exported using AssimpNet are not able to be opened in Blender, at least when they contain numerous bones and meshes and use vertex weighting. Attached is an example file. The reference to the associated .bin file contains the full path rather than a relative path, which means the file cannot be opened if it is moved or sent to another person. In this file the .bin reference is on line 1754.

Once the path is changed to a relative one, the error 'BMDeformVert keys must be integers, not float' is given (see screenshot). I was not able to confirm if this was a Blender issue or if the gltf or bin files had float values that are supposed to be int.
