Nuget.org package for the latest version and Assimp 5.1.x support

Hello. Thank you for making this extremely useful wrapper.

I was wondering if you could update the package on nuget.org package source to the latest build of the wrapper, since it's still a pre-release of 5.0.1. Also, since Assimp 5.1.x is now out, could you make the wrapper target the latest version of the library?

Any news on an updated release? It would be super helpful to have a newer stable package, even if just for Assimp 5.x. Thanks!
