    Hi Peter,

The charts are based on Story Points. Do you have Story Points on the issues that are Done?

Also, could you please provide a screenshot with the gadget's settings?

    Thank you, DM

    Hi,

Yes I have story points assigned to some of the tasks that are done. the tasks which have story points assigned and are in progress do show up correctly ie

I am using a Kanban type board NOT scrum

It seems that it's not recognising issues that are in the 'done' state

    Hi Peter,

It seems that the screenshots with the gadget's settings were not attached. Could you please re-attach them?

Also could you set the "Group Data By" to "1 Day" in gadget's setting and check to see if there are any differences on the Remaining?

    Hi,

thanks for your help so far.

oday I now see some story points in Done, so maybe there is a delay of a day before a task is seen as 'Done'? But then why do remaining tasks appear straight away. ( I have had the resolution to a day the whole time)

    see screen shots attached

    Hi Peter,

The Release BurnDown/BurnUp gadget displays the data only for the complete intervals. So the data for the current interval is not displayed.

We will consider modifying the data calculation to display data for current interval.

    Ok great.

    Thanks for looking into this.

I'm finding this chart really useful to track progress on my kanban project

    Cheers Pete

This issue is fixed in the version deployed on 06-MAY-2018. The chart now shows the updates for the current time interval.
