standard gadget tile size option

Jira Cloud’s dashboard layout feature is quite inadequate, and based upon Atlassian’s response to suggestions, they are never going to address this problem. Customers are left to ignore the problem, try to use wallboard spacers to fill in the alignment, or to drag-n-drop the gadget tiles to get to a somewhat professional looking layout. (Please find attached an example dashboard.) Note this is not your company’s problem: I am suggesting a way to help…

Please consider adding an option to your gadgets so they appear in a standard height/width size or ratio. Thus any used Great Gadgets on a dashboard with this enabled would appear in rows and columns of consistent height and width.

A while ago we modified the Issue Formula Gadget to have a size closer to the size of the other gadgets.

There might still be small differences in the height of the gadgets (depending on their settings), but it should be much better now.
