add Cycle Time Summary gadget

How about an option on the issue filter formula gadget (or a new gadget) to summarize cycle time as a single number: minimum, maximum, average, or specific percentile value? As with the other cycle time gadgets, users could select the start/end and other parameters. The key difference would be to show the result as a single number, like the issue filter formula gadget. This would give teams the ability to glance at dashboards to see their cycle time without reviewing the charts.

Another option would be to show several cycle time measure numbers on one gadget, like the built-in Sprint Health Gadget.
