gadgets do not consistently display, based on browser scaling

Greetings!

I noticed some scaling issues with the gadgets where they do not display consistently. Sometimes they adjust correctly and show no scroll bars, and sometimes they add scroll bars or do not fully use the column width for the gadget.

This seems related to both the screen scaling and the browser zoom. I have attached images for some examples, and noted where one dashboard works at 100% and another only displays correctly at 90% or less.
