Velocity/CFD/Cycle Time charts have ceased loading

Issue #109 resolved

Former user created an issue 2021-07-20

Tried this in Chrome and Chrome-based MS Edge…same issues.

Multiple refreshes do not address this

Hi Marcelo,

In Chrome, press Fn + F12 and click Console tab.

Please check if there are any errors (red-colored lines). Do the same for Network tab and check if there are errors while reloading the page.

Expand them and send some screenshots to support@stonikbyte.com.

After investigation, conclusion was that this was most likely caused by a network problem at the customer side.

Closing ticket for now. Please reopen if the issues persists.
