Allow velocity chart to use hours (not just story points)

We don't use SP, so the charts are not useful to us. :( Would be nice to have an option to choose the estimation method.

    This functionality was implemented and it is available since 28-MAY-2018. The field "Calculate by" in gadget's settings now allows you to select between Story Points, Original Time Estimate (hours) and Issue Count.
