[1.28] Issue Filter Formula Gadget disappeared

Hi,

I just upgraded from 1.27 and now my Issue Filter Formula Gadget gadgets display the error “This gadget cannot be displayed on your dashboard. This could be due to a licensing problem or an application error. If you need this gadget, contact your administrator for assistance. Otherwise, you can remove it from your dashboard.” on every dashboard they’re in, while I cannot create new ones, it just doesn’t seem to be part of the package anymore.

I wanted to test the Advanced Issue Filter Formula Gadget but it doesn’t seem to be available either. All other gadgets are.

I’m on Jira Server 8.13.8.

Hi Simon,

Please try searching by “formula“ or by “stonikbyte“. It should be there.

‌

If it is not, please go to Jira Admin > Apps > Manage Apps and try enabling / disabling the app and check if its all modules are enabled.

The ‘Advanced Issue Filter Formula Gadget’ was launched yesterday for Cloud only. We plan to launch it for Server / Data Center next week.

Let me know if it still does not work.

Err yeah disabling/enabling was engough. Sorry about that, I don’t know why I didn’t try that. u_u
