Velocity gadget slowness

Hi support ,

We added the velocity gadget to our confluence space and it loads very slowly, it can take 15 minutes to load info.

Could you please help us to investigate this issue?

    Hi Ihor,

    According to our email discussion, the gadget started to work better. Perhaps is was a temporary issue due to the fact that the SQL server user by Jira was overloaded. Closing the ticket for now.
