Sprint Burndown chart is not "seeing" the Original Estimate and/or Remaining Time and/or Time Spent for all issues in the Sprint

For some reason, the Sprint Burndown chart is not "seeing" the Original Time Estimate and/or Remaining Time and/or Time Spent for all issues in the Sprint. The total hours shown on the vertical Hours axis is incorrect; I’ve examined the Data, and discovered that the hours for ‘In-Progress’ issues (both Bugs and Stories) are being ignored (= 0). I then confirmed that all of these ‘In-Progress’ issues actually have Original Time Estimate, Remaining Time and Time Spent values entered.

Our Sprint Burndown Chart configuration is attached.

Under these circumstances, the Sprint Burndown Chart is essentially unusable.

Thanks for posting.

I see no attachments. Can you please try the following:

• Check these options in the gadget settings: Refresh cached data at next display and Show data table
• Take a screenshot with the burndown chart while hovering the mouse over the current/last date in chart (to make that tooltip with the numbers to appear)
• Take a screenshot with the gadget settings screen
• Go to Data tab and export its content in CSV by clicking the export icon from top-right corner.
• Send the screenshots and the exported CSV to [e-mail].

This issue no longer occurs at the customer side. It was fixed by itself after reconfiguring the board in the gadget settings.
