add ability to use a JQL query directly as a gadget source

Many of the current gadgets support selecting a project or a saved filter. Please consider adding a third option to type in a JQL query directly. This would allow rapid improvement/modification of dashboards and reduce the need to have a large number of saved filters to support dashboards.

For an example of this technique, pleases see the Atlassian provided JavaScript time series gadget.
