Issues with loading gadget on JIRA Cloud

We are facing problems with our charts based on Great Gadgets. Seems from the screenshot that data isn’t loading correctly from your servers.

Could you please assist for a resolution of this issue?

Hi Thomas,

This issue was caused by a server that did not function properly. The issue is now fixed.

In the next days we plan to do some additional improvements to our infrastructure for speeding up the app’s performance.
