Release burndown chart - "app is not responding" message

Hi Danut,
When our team in Mumbai are trying to use the release burndown chart they are getting an “app is not responding” message. We can use the app here in the US. Please advice.

Thank you for getting back to us so quickly. I will have the Mumbai team test out your suggestions. Also I have learned now that some of the users in Mumbai can access the app and some cannot. Any thoughts on why that might be?
If we are still having issues after trying your suggestions out then yes we would very much like to get on a zoom call with you.

Thanks for posting.
Does this happen only for release burndown gadget or for all gadgets? Can you please try different browsers (Chrome and Firefox)? Make sure it is not something related to the VPN or other network configuration.
