Sub-tasks points not added on the velocity chart

Jira issues with subtasks -

• Parent Issues with subtask’s Story Point Estimate = 0 but the subtasks have their own story points.
• Some subtasks are in done.

Generating a Velocity chart

• Selected “Count also the sub-tasks and their estimate”
• I’ve been actively selecting “Refresh cached data at next display” to no avail.

Velocity Chart display:

• Only showing the Done issue (without subtasks)
• Subtasks on done status isn’t included on the chart.

As verified on the Data tab -

• Subtasks are not displayed.

Hi Simon,

Thank you for posting this issue. A fix was released for this issue. Please recheck and let us know if you still experience problems with it. Make sure you check the “Refresh cache data at next display“ option so the app can refresh past data also.
