kanban velocity gadget data not up to date
Hey there,
I’m trying to set up the kanban velocity gadget, but seems it can’t get up-to-date data from the tickets.
It shows the data from the tickets resolved in July only, but we have done other tickets in June, August, and September as well.
Also, the story points it gets are wrong, we’ve updated the points in the tickets, but it doesn't update the gadget somehow.

Refresh cached data at next display
in the gadget settings and then Save. Let us know if this makes any difference.If still does not work, the next step would be to schedule a Zoom call so that we can investigate because this issue seems to be specific to your environment/settings. Thank you for contacting us.
I can see you are using an old version of the app, it would be good to upgrade to the latest version first and check if the issue is still reproducing.
To upgrade you need to go to Jira Administration → Apps , look for Great Gadgets and you should have an upgrade button on the app. After upgrading you need to refresh the loaded data by checking
Refresh cached data at next display
option.Please let us know if the issue reproduces after upgrade.
