The Team velocity Gadget crashes with the Error ID 19882917264278437

I tried out a few other Teams and settings, but I only get running is the Kanban velocity gadget

the Team Velocity brings me that error:

Something went wrong while processing your request. The action you were trying to execute could not be completed successfully. The server returned: Error ID 19882917264278437 - Received http error code 400 when accessing the JIRA system. JIRA server response: {"errorMessages":["This user doesn't exist."],"warningMessages":[]}

Hi Tobias,

Thanks for posting.

From what I see, the error message is ["This user doesn't exist."] and it seems to be given by Jira, when the app makes a request to it.

Can you please tell us what version of Jira do you have? Also, please provide the Jira log file (atlassian-jira.log) because it should contain more details about the error.

Please also try configuring the gadget with other agile boards, from other projects, and let us know if it works.

changed some of my settings and it worked again....
