This issue seems to be have resolved for us. I would recommend having your IT folks clear the DNS cache and validate they can resolve cloud.stonikbyte.com and identify the nameservers for stonikbyte.com.

We experienced some DNS related issues caused by one of our service providers, which prevent accessing our domain stonikbyte.com.

Our provider fixed the issue but it might take a few more hours until the DNS changes propagate. The gadgets should become available shortly.
