Release Burnup Burndown Chart get no result

Hi.

We evaluate the Gadget Pack for us on a Jira Testsystem. The burndown is the most important gadget for a positive buying decision.

Stat:

We estimate our work with hours

we fill the original estimate time

All fields in the gadget are filled.

(Filter, Dates, Group…, etc.)

When i try to get a result in the Release Burnup Burndown Chart it ll be empty.

I get no result.

Could you please provide a screenshot with the gadget and its settings?

Also what version of Jira and what version of Great Gadgets add-on do you have?

I wrote the XML Url.
In the Url is the number 1.0.

Can that be the version?

You can’t. No worries. At least please provide the Jira version (is Jira Cloud or Server) and those screenshots.

Is In the field “Calculate by” the choice “Original Time Estimate” equal “Original Estimate” in a Jira Task?

We are still waiting for you to provide the requested screenshots with the gadget and its settings? Can you please provide these?

Also please provide a table/screenshot with the issues from your filter and their estimation fields and tell us if you use Jira Cloud or Jira Server and its version.

And yes, when you configure the gadget to use “Original Time Estimate“ it uses the “Time Estimate“ field from the task.

This issue is fixed in version v1.9.0 released on 11-NOV-2019 and in the Cloud version. Closing ticket.
