Burnup/Burndown Chart - Flexibilize "Done"

Hello Stonikbyte!

We do not get a proper evaluation on the Burndown / Burnup Gadget.

The problem is we do not use the issue status "Done" nor is the last column the real done column.

For us it would make sense to be able to select the desired issue status via a dropdown box and / or to freely select the column.

Hi Alex,

Thanks for posting. We will consider this request.

For now, as a workaround: create an Agile board (just for being used by the gadgets/reporting) and map on its last column the status that you want to track. Then, configure the gadget to use the last column of this new board.

Hi Alex,

One more thing here:

When “Done means“ is set to “Issue status has category Done“, this means that the gadget will consider as done all the issues that have a green-colored status in Jira (usually is about Resolved, Closed, Done…) and not the specific status named “Done“.

So please also consider this.

We are not going to address this any time soon because workaround exists: 1. Create an agile board and put on its last column the statuses that you want to use for "Done" 2 Then configure the gadget to use for "Done" the statuses from the last column of this agile board
