Former user created an issue 2020-07-16

Currently a license holder (we just purchased it not too long ago, in fact), and we’re encountering this

which is a resurgence of Issue ~~#47~~.

I use this gadget in several of our teams’ dashboards and they’re all encountering this issue.

Please Resolve this ASAP.

Functionality of the Great Gadgets Cloud is seriously degraded due to some network issues that we are experiencing.

Our team is actively working on solving the issue.
