Release Burn Down, Sprint Burn Down, and WBS Charts Fail to Load

I love your gadgets I really do but they keep on FAILING very frequently. It keeps throwing "Timeout" processing error at me and it's really unreliable. This makes all these great gadgets almost unusable which obviously makes me think if I should continue paying for this however inexpensive this gadget is.
