empty cycle time charts

Greetings!

Our cycle time chart has stopped displaying information. When I check the data, it shows no values, and when I run the chart source filter manually, it does show 50 issues to display. The chart settings and filter have not changed for weeks. The last time I checked this chart was working was on Friday, 5 February 2021. Please see the attachments for more information. Thanks!
