Switch to Onion Logo and add Trademark

Investigate switching to the Onion logo as mentioned by Perl Foundation.

You can certainly use the logo. The one you have is quite small so I can't see if it has an (r) or a tm after the word Perl. A high resolution version of the logo can be found at:

You could also use the bare onion if you preferred.

If there is somewhere suitable could you also put the following statement? "The Perl logo is a trademark of the Perl Foundation."
