My keyboard going crazy... always like restart from beginning

I've already follow the instruction and use that value from my lsusb status...
then i reboot it...
i think it going well, when i saw the numlock led is on..(before it's off when kernel is starting)
and then i try to push something like the led changing color button... its changed, but after a few second the keyboar doen's work and the led color back to first color... and all of led indicator like num lock, capslock all of it on and off...

please help.. what's wrong

    I don't see Azio, SONiX USB Keyboard, or chipset 0x0c45:0x7603 in your output. Why do you think this driver would work?
