Hi,

I have an issue when running the second stage on LPPtiger. After I clicked Hunt for LPP, the debug window encountered an error: "IOError: Could not find obo file C:...\LPPtiger\LPPtiger_Win10_64bit\obo\psi-ms-23:06:2017.0.0.obo" I have tried to run the tutorial .mzML, it was working well. Is it something to do with converting to the .mzML file?

Are you still using / trying to use LPPtiger?

Is the issue fixed with the new version with patches?

you can download obo.zip from our download page

https://bitbucket.org/SysMedOs/lpptiger_exe/downloads/

Unpack it, and put all .obo files into the obo folder under LPPtiger folder.

‌

This will solve the obo issue for mzML files converted from the proteowizard versions until the end of 2019.

unzip this file and overwrite the obo folder under your LPPtiger folder.
