TIO-0002 (Plugin disabled after installation)

After installing the Taiga task plugin, it is disabled in the Plugins settings page.

In addition, Taiga does not show up as a server in the Tasks and Contexts server list.

I'm using Webstorm 10.0.4 on Linux Mint.

I missed the one liner to enable the plugin across all platforms.

I will push the update now but it will take a few days before it is reviewed and published for download through the main repo. If you would like you can download it from this repo directly.

Keep in mind that the other issue TIO - 0001 effects WebStorm as well.

Thanks Trevor. The plugin appears to be working. Also I haven't run into TIO - 0001. I'm running the 1.7 JDK.
