Unable to Lock TP 3960 H 30.000 on Asiasat5

Hi bro,

I tried compiling E2 based on the latest commits, still it's unable to lock this transponder on Asiasat 5 (100,5E): 3960 H 30.000 (C-Band)

Is this Enigma2 problem?

This transponder is perfectly locked on Spark but not on E2.
