append groups from file maked dots disappear

When you load a subset of a larger CLASN file and then attempt to transfer the previously assigned groups (using the 'append groups from file' option in the menu), the groups get transfered all right, but the dots disappear from the 3D view. If you press 'initialize' everything is there again, but you have to re-cluster everything. This seems to have happened during Klaus's last commits allowing loading of the data in the background.

Unfortunately, I'll not have time to look into this before the last weeks of September. If you need a fix before that date, feel free to investigate the issue yourself, it should not be hard to fix =)! Otherwise, please use an older commit for this specific task in the meantime.
