Update Version info for AVC

The current .version files for the plugin(s) in the 5.2.8 download specify a version of 5.2.6 (Incorrectly as the zip-files name states a version of 5.2.8) and a compatible KSP version of 0.25, where the Forums thread advertises compatibility with 0.90.

Change to the correct version of the plugins and 0.90 for KSP please.
