B9.Utility.Light.A1.Closed.T Missing, A1S Enclosed has no texture

First part was in older b9 versions, it's the light that's on the bottom of the Strugatsky, it's not in the DEPRICATED folder, the A1S that replaces it has no texture, it's solid white.

Artyom, A1_Closed_U.mu needs to point to model000.tga for diffuse and model001.tga for emissive :)
