It looks like there are 2 parts in one, it does it with all the HL Body and Tails parts.

Can't duplicate, is this on a clean install + B9? Might be an old version of FireSplitter causing it.

B9 is installed on a clean version of KSP, I used the Firespitter version provided in the folder.

Methinks there's an error in your installation. You are running KSP 0.24.2 and have installed everything in the right directories? Please double-check.

Actually, this bug seems to happen to some of the HX parts too.

You were right, I was running on a 0.24 KSP, it all works with 0.24.2, sorry for the inconvenience.
