Related to thrust vector empties? Maybe its because its a bipropellant?

Biprop parts should be easy to test

Biprop are broken when thruster count > 1. Switching them back to monopropellant fixed it.

I'm thinking of putting in ModuleRCSFX (which NKell is managing now for Realism Overhaul) but there's just no time to do a good job with it and not add another couple of days to R5, so I'm making a note for 5.x
