S2W Wide Intake Adapter does not intake air

S2W Wide Intake Adapter shows intake air in VAB part selection table, but does not function when in the game world, engines show as IntakeAir deprived. No IntakeAir resource is shown in the resources list.

Tried with a fresh install of 32 and 64 bit and the following mods:

B9, FAR

The zip file name I downloaded is B9_Aerospace_Pack_R5-2.zip, I'm assuming that's version 5.2.

Attached screenshots showing simple STR plane built and failure.

I attempted to compare the config file for the part to other ones to find any obvious issues, but it looks "same enough" to my non-modder-eyes.
