Axe round chop skill button not working correctly

My character has the skill tier 7 axe skill ‘Round Chop’ – the button on screen, when clicked, moves my character to the square underneath the button, then executes the Round Chop skill. No movement should take place when clicking the skill button.

Also, there should be a way of having a fixed, assignable hot key for combat skills, in addition to a button to click.

We need to activate dragging such commands to the hotbar.
